
Measuring/Sizing Instructions
Size Chart:
Youth Small: 37-41 inch Girth
Youth Medium: 41-45 inch Girth
Youth Large: 45-49 inch Girth
Youth Extra Large: 49-53 inch Girth
Adult Extra Small: 53-57 inch Girth
Adult Small: 57-61 inch Girth
Adult Med: 61-65 inch Girth
Adult Large: 65-69 inch Girth
1: Have them standing arms out, and measure around their chest.
2: Arms out, measure around their belly button
3: Arms out, measure around their hip bones and over the bum
4: **GIRTH **
Arms out and legs apart. Measure from one shoulder through their legs and back up to the same shoulder!
NOTE: All these measurements need to start and end in the same place for the measurement to be proper. I've had some people take only half a measurement. So to clarify the measuring tape has to completely wrap around the gymnast and that's your measurement. In inches please
